2.*Where do you deliver?*
Anywhere world wide where local legislation would permit the sale of
this DVD. That includes the European Union, USA, Canada, and Japan
3.*How long will take for my order to arrive?*
Allow fifteen working days from the date of your original order.
4.*Is it safe to use my credit card?*
Yes
we use a split processing system for credit card payments. This means
that there is no single record of your whole credit card no, expiry
date
etc.
5.*How do I return goods if there is a problem? *
Use the contact page on the site. Send us an email, we will allocate
you a return no. We will only
refund on DVDs returned still in the original packaging. We will only
replace DVD's not give credit
or refunds, we will, however, refund the cost of shipping.
6.*What is the cost of shipment?*
The price shown includes shipment.
7.*Is the format compatible with my DVD player, TV, computer?*
Our DVD's are supplied in PAL/SECAM format and are not zone coded. They
will play in all PAL and SECAM
format DVD players attached to a TV of the same format. In addition
they will play through all
computer DVD players using Windows Media Player(tm), WinAmp, and similar
software using WMV format. It
will also play on a PC using this software with a TV out connection to
an NTSC standard TV. It will NOT
play when used with software based on MOV files eg Real Player.
8. *What will be the name of the supplier shown on my credit card statement and how is the DVD delivered?*
Your payment will show on your card statement statement as 'Cyres
International' and all products are
sent in plain high strength envelopes.
