Cranston Howes is master and owner of a large country estate in the north of Hertfordshire a county just to the north of London in England. It is the 1950’s and Cranston, handsome young ex WW2 fighter pilot and squadron leader is in most ways, a happy man. There is just one small gap in making his happiness complete but he is in the process of rectifying that small fault and enjoying doing it.
